Free Composting Equipment & Training for Organisations, Community Groups & Schools

Are you a third sector organisation, charity, school or faith organisation who would like to set-up their own composting facilities?

The Compost Culture project can help you do this. We can offer:

• Advice on how to run existing / set-up new composting facilities on your site.
• Training for your staff or volunteers in how to compost.
• A budget for equipment and materials.
• Aluminium all-weather signage.
• Ongoing support until 2029.

We are looking for organisations who have a significant food waste stream that they would like to process on site. You will need to demonstrate that you have the staffing / volunteer capacity to run composting systems once they have been set-up.

Examples of organisations we have already helped include a large third sector charity running a nursery kitchen, a housing cooperative, inner city community garden, primary school and community kitchen.
