We’re pleased to invite patients and members of the local community to take part in the East Birmingham Compost Culture & Gardening Group, a friendly, inclusive community project taking place right behind Omnia Medical Practice.
This free, hands-on group brings people together to learn practical gardening and composting skills, support the environment, and connect with neighbours in a relaxed outdoor setting.

Compost Culture is a multi-partner project. TAWS, Cricks Gardens, Balsall Heath City Farm and Birmingham Friends of the Earth all offer additional composting / volunteering sessions. Please see the public programme for more information.

We can provide advice, workshop sessions and signpost resources to help you with composting at home (even if you have never done it before). Composting already? Let us support you to deepen your composting know how.
